HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Place an order through the “Shop Online” section of Asili.co.uk. Most items seen online are available for immediate purchase. Simply view the item you wish to purchase, select an appropriate size and click on "Add to Basket". Follow the instructions shown online to complete your purchase.
Please note that in order to purchase from us you will need to pay by either credit/debit card or PayPal.
DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?
Yes. The Asili Catalogue is available to download from Asili.co.uk. We aim to keep the items listed in the catalogue synonymous with the items that are listed on the website. Please join our mailing list in order to be kept up to date with the latest arrivals.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
UK Deliveries range from 1-7 days depending on delivery choice. International delivery range from 4-14 days. Please see the Asili shipping section for more information.
HOW LONG WILLL IT TAKE TO REFUND ME?
Please allow up to 14 working days for a refund/exchange to be processed from the date we receive your returned package. Most returns are typically processed within half the time stated.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?
UK delivery has a flat rate £3.95 or £6.45 depending on delivery method. International Delivery has costs based on length of days. Please see the Asili shipping section for more information.

Yes. You can pay through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you will be asked for your payment details.
