Asili is fully committed to maintaining your privacy. On purchase we ask for your full name, company, contact telephone number, email address and home address. The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. SUPPLY
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We undertake to supply you with the goods described in these Web pages within 3 to 7 working days of receipt of order. It is your right to contact us at any time in regard to your purchase on info@asili.co.uk.
Goods are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery date or options to resend or refund.

We will only contact you in connection with your instructions and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific items ordered, to be delivered by your date specified.
DELIVERY
We rely on Royal Mail's postal service or ANC Carriers (or other suitable carrier for overseas deliveries) to perform deliveries on our behalf and monitor the performance their performance continuously. In the event of a delayed or lost item please contact us immediately for investigation and a free of charge resend.
GUARANTEE
In the light of the forgoing you will appreciate we feel confident that we can unequivocally guarantee your total satisfaction with our product line, quality and service. Again you should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
RETURNS
In the event of loss, late delivery or dissatisfaction with the product, we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned by post and in suitable packaging. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
